Matt is a fourth generation leader of Pumford Construction. With over 30 years of experience from the ground up, he leads the strategy and management of the Company and its resources. Matt empowers people early in their careers enabling them to grow and make decisions based on their own experiences.
He has a degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan Tech and is a Licensed Professional Engineer.
Greg is our Chief Operating Officer and leads our Design Build services. He has been with Pumford Construction since 1997. Greg’s unique customer-driven focus enables him to translate their requirements into the best solution and empower the Design Build process.
Greg has a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Ferris State University. Greg is LEED/AP certified, and is a member of USGBC and Michigan AGC.
Eric is Vice President and Chief Estimator. He also leads our Construction Trades services and has been with Pumford Construction since 1997. His experience and knowledge of the construction process enables him to instill confidence in pre-construction and deliver results at, during, and through construction.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Eastern University.
James is Vice President of our Corporate Accounts and has been with Pumford Construction since 2007. His Program Management expertise enables him to optimize resources and deliver consistently on every request and project, from initial contact through corporate billing process.
James has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Michigan Technological University and an MBA from Saginaw Valley State University. James is a Professional Engineer (Michigan) and is LEED/AP Certified.
